Before names are revealed

If you were charged but the purchased names were not released because of a technical failure, contact support for restoration or a refund.

After digital delivery

Name packages are digital content delivered immediately. Requests made after names are revealed are reviewed case by case, including duplicate charges, material delivery failures, and rights required by applicable law.

How to request help

Contact support with the account email, purchase date, and transaction reference. Do not send card details.
